I have worked one lake for twenty-three years, from the same office on West Catawba Avenue in Cornelius. I am a broker and an owner here, which means when something goes wrong in a deal there is nobody above me to escalate it to. It gets sorted, by me.
Most of my business comes from people I have already sold for, or from their neighbours. That is the whole business model, and it only works if I tell people the truth about a house, including when the truth is that they should not buy it.
I cover Cornelius, Davidson, Huntersville, Mooresville, Denver, Troutman, Statesville and the north side of Charlotte. If you ask me about somewhere I do not know well, I will say so and find you someone who does.
