Office location

Yates Realty is at 19900 W Catawba Ave, Suite 205, Cornelius, NC 28031, on the north side of West Catawba between Jetton Road and the interstate. There is parking at the door. The map below is the actual building, and both map links go to the business rather than to a pin dropped on a coordinate.

If it is easier to meet at the house you are buying or selling, say so and I will come to you. I have worked this lake since 2002 and I am somewhere on it most days anyway.

Phone and email

The number above is my mobile. I answer it, and if I am in a showing I call back the same day. Text is fine and often faster. For anything with an attachment, a survey, a permit, a disclosure or a set of photographs, email is better.

There is no assistant, no team and no call centre in front of me. That is a deliberate limit on how much business I take at once, and it is the reason I take it.

Hours

The office is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. That is when the door is unlocked, not when I stop working: evenings and weekends are when most people can actually look at houses, and that is usually where you will find me. If you want a specific time, ask for it.

What happens after you get in touch

If you are buying, we talk about what you are looking for and what you want the water to do for you before either of us looks at a listing. If you are selling, I will walk the house, look at what has actually closed nearby, and tell you the number I think it sells at and the comparables I got it from. Neither costs anything and neither comes with an obligation.
